Paul Greenberg’s engaging experiment in highlighting CRM vendors from around the world has concluded today, with the announcement of the winners of his CRM Idol contest. You can view the finalist entries on his website here. There were entries from all over the world, and today two finalists were announced.
In the Americas, it was the “Jar-Gon” robot showing the paucity of customer relationships that would be solved by Get Satisfaction.
In EMEA, the embedded flowcharts of everyday life was a hit showing the union of business process management and CRM with BPMOnline CRM.
Both videos were very clever and just what you would expect from this sort of competition, which had dozens of volunteers to help with judging and the contest operations.
